Return & Refund Policy – bellas.pk

At bellas.pk, we aim to provide quality products and customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • Return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order
  • Item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact

⚠️ Sale or discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale / promotional items
  • Innerwear, accessories, or customized items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Items without original tags or packaging

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or video of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Refund Process

  • Returned items will be inspected upon arrival
  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days

Refunds may be issued via:

  • Bank transfer
  • Store credit
  • Original payment method (where applicable)

🚚 All delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable. In case of a refund, delivery charges must be borne by the customer.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is allowed once per order, subject to stock availability
  • Customer bears the return shipping cost
  • bellas.pk will cover delivery charges for the exchanged item (within Pakistan)

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service
  • bellas.pk is not responsible for lost or delayed return parcels

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or refunded
